Wash the duck meat and put it into a pot to stir-fry out the water. -

Cut the konjac into long strips. -

Chop the garlic and ginger and set aside. -

After the oil is hot, add the duck meat and stir-fry, then add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry together. -

Cut the green pepper into sections. -

Put various seasonings into the pot and stir-fry evenly. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour. -

Add salt and light soy sauce to taste. -
