Leftover rice. -

Pour in appropriate amount of oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce. -

Add sesame seeds and stir evenly. -

Put it into the air fryer and press it flat with a spatula. The thinner the better. -

Air fryer at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. -
