1
Prepare ingredients in advance: 3 pounds of red chili peppers and 1 pound of garlic. Seasoning: 100 grams of salt, 30 grams of sugar, 10 grams of high-altitude white wine. -
2
Wash the peppers and dry them thoroughly, remove the stems, and peel the garlic directly -
3
Wear disposable gloves (it’s best to wear multiple layers), first cut the peppers, and then chop them into small pieces (the size of mung beans is enough). I cut them in 6 times Chili. -
4
First slice the garlic and then mince it. -
5
Put the chopped chili and garlic into a large basin and pour in all the seasonings. -
6
Wear disposable gloves and mix evenly with your hands -
7
Put it in a clean, water-free and oil-free container. -
8
Seal it and store it in the refrigerator. It can be eaten after one week.
Tips
When washing peppers, be careful not to remove the stems first. Water can easily enter the peppers and make them difficult to dry. It is better to dry them after washing and then remove the stems. When washing the peppers and waiting to dry them, also wash and dry the container that contains the chopped peppers, so you don’t waste time waiting for the bottles to dry.
