Ingredients: bitter melon, wild rice. -

Peel the wild rice shells and wash the bitter melon together and fish them out. -

Place the bitter melon on the chopping board, cut it in half and remove the pulp, and then cut it into slices. Cut the wild rice into slices as well. -

Next, blanch the cut bitter melon and wild rice in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute and then remove. -
