Preparation: Clean the heart-protecting meat (we call it Shasha meat). -

Blanch for five minutes. -

Then clean it, put it into the electric cooker again, add a few slices of ginger, and an appropriate amount of water and cook until the meat is cooked for about 30 minutes, depending on how soft you like it. The meat has tendons and can be cooked longer. -

After it is cooked, you can use chopsticks to insert it and it will penetrate easily. Then it is ready. Let it cool slightly. -

Slice and serve on a plate. -

Preparation: coriander, garlic. -

Mince the garlic, cut the coriander into small pieces, add the sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, and oyster sauce into a bowl, stir evenly and the sauce is ready. -
