Wash the dried radish three times with warm water, squeeze out the water, and cut into small pieces of about 2 cm.
Cut the onion, ginger, and pepper into thin slices of about 2 mm, and cut the ginger into shreds.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger and garlic first, and sauté over low heat for 2 minutes. Then add onions and peppers and continue to stir-fry over low heat for 3 minutes.
Finally add dried radish and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add light soy sauce and salt, stir for 30 seconds and remove.
