Ingredients: Buckwheat cake, green pepper (removed and seeded, washed), mung bean sprouts (washed). -

Place the green pepper on the cutting board and cut into pieces. -

Place the buckwheat cake on the chopping board and cut into slices. -

Heat oil in a pan, add mung bean sprouts and chopped green peppers and stir-fry until cooked through. -

Next, add the chopped buckwheat cake and stir-fry. -
