Wash the chicken breasts, add cooking wine and salt and soak for 15 minutes to remove the smell, drain the water and set aside. -

Add all seasonings, mix well and marinate for 24 hours. -

Place the pancake on the electric pan and fry over high and low heat until golden brown on both sides. -

Cut into cubes and serve on a plate. -
