Wash the tender celery. -

Dry the water and cut into small sections, mix with a little vegetable oil. -

Coat each vegetable leaf and vegetable stem with a thin layer of flour. -

Boil water and steam for 7-10 minutes. Put it into a basin and break it up with chopsticks. -

Add minced green onion, minced garlic, chili powder and sesame seeds and pour hot oil. Mix well and enjoy your meal.
Tips
1. Thin celery sprouts are more delicious.
2. Put oil on the dried vegetable segments and wrap them in less flour so they can be easily broken up when steamed.
3. If you want the steamed wheat rice to turn green, add a little baking soda.
