Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and soak it in water for a few minutes. -

Remove and control the water. -

Place on a plate. -

Peel the preserved eggs and cut into small cubes (one step less). -

Put the preserved eggs and millet pepper on top of the bitter chrysanthemum. -

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sesame paste to make a sauce. -

Pour it on top. -
