Ingredients: Lamb tail bamboo shoots and lettuce (peeled and washed). -

Soak the sheep tail bamboo shoots in water for 1 hour to remove some of the salt. -

Tear the soaked lamb tail bamboo shoots and cut them on the cutting board. -

Place the lettuce on the chopping board and cut into shreds. -

Put it in a large basin and add an appropriate amount of salt. -

Mix well and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. -
