Green papaya. -

Peel and remove seeds. -

Cut into thin slices. -

Put in a large bowl, add some salt, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes. -

After 20 minutes, the papaya will become soft. Wash it with cold boiled water and drain it. -

Then add white vinegar and sugar and marinate for more than two hours. Store in the refrigerator for better taste. -
