Tear off the Chinese cabbage piece by piece. I used about five tablets of this. Rinse repeatedly with clean water, drain and set aside. -

What about peeling the carrots, cutting them into thin slices, and then cutting them into thick shreds? suggestion. Be sure to cut it manually to taste better and put it in a larger basin. -

Cut the Chinese cabbage into shreds horizontally. Break the wattle sticks in half and cut them into thick strips. Put them all into a basin and set aside. -

Put it on. Sichuan peppercorn. Ginger garlic paste and a little salt. Mix well and marinate for one hour. -

Squeeze out the water when ready to eat. Add a little sesame oil. Mix well and it's ready to eat. -

Put it on a plate and you can eat a quick, fragrant and crispy pickled vegetable.
Tips
Either white radish or carrot can be used as the material.
