Wash the eggplant and scrape off the skin with a peeler. -

Scrape the skin off the eggplant and cut into pieces. -

Place in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes. -

The steamed eggplant is soft. -

Pour the eggplant out and put it on a plate. -

Add salt, chili oil and vinegar. -

Just stir it evenly. It is really spicy and appetizing and will melt in your mouth.
