Prepare the ingredients. -

Cut cabbage into hob pieces. -

Do not cut the steamed buns, break them into pieces with your hands. -

Dice the chives. -

Add half of the chopped chives to the sesame oil and mix well. -

Heat oil in a pan, add the other half of the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant. -

Add cabbage and stir-fry. -

Add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying. -

Add water. Depending on the amount of water produced by the cabbage, add a little more if there is less water produced. About half a bowl is enough. -

Put in the chopped buns. -

Cover and simmer for 2 minutes until the steamed buns are hot and soft. -
