Prepare all the ingredients (depending on how many people will eat it, I prepared more than enough for three or four people) -

Boil water in a pot, add pasta and cook. -

Cut other ingredients while cooking noodles. -

Place the cooked noodles in cold water, drain and set aside. -

Pour olive oil into the pot (salad oil is also acceptable), add the onions into the pot and stir-fry. -

Add the tomatoes to the pot one after another. -

Put the ham and mushrooms into the pot and continue to stir-fry. -

You can add some water and boil to release some salt. -

When the soup is almost gone, add the pasta and continue to stir-fry. -

When it’s almost done, turn off the heat, add some black pepper and mix well. -
