Break off the crab claws, open the shell of the bread crab, and remove the crab mouth and stomach. Take out the crab meat, there is a lot of meat in the big claws. -

After peeling the steamed potatoes, add salt, sugar and fresh milk. (Steam the potatoes before handling the bread crab.) -

After crushing, sprinkle in chopped parsley. -

Put the crab meat and crab roe into the mashed potatoes and stir evenly. -

Put the mashed potatoes and crab meat into a flat plate. Steam for 5 minutes. -

Then, fill the crab shell with the steamed mud. -

Spread a layer of cheese. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, when brown spots appear on the surface.
Tips
1. The bread crabs I bought are all cooked, and I don’t know how long they have been kept. The purpose of steaming them in step 6 is to make them warm.
2. After putting it in the oven, pay attention to the color of the cheese on the surface to avoid burning it.
