Marinated beef ribs. -

Put oil in a hot pan and fry the beef ribs over medium heat. -

Turn over and fry the other side for about two minutes, because the ones with bones will be cooked better if they are fried for a while, and the marinated ones will not get old if they are fried for a while. -

Put it on a plate and place it with broccoli and cooked potato cubes. This is the perfect staple food for one person (I just happened to prepare these two today). -
