Cut the dragon fruit into cubes and place in a cooking cup. -

Add water and beat with a cooking stick at low speed to form juice. -

Pour the dragon juice into the pot, add white jelly and white sugar and stir evenly. -

Bring to boil. -

Pour it into a container and let it cool to set. -

Turn it upside down and cut into pieces. -
