Soak the dried black fungus in advance, then add some flour and rub it to clean the black fungus. Rinse it with water and set aside. Wash the sweet red pepper and cut it into cubes. Wash the scallions and set aside. Peel and cut small mangoes into cubes. Set aside. -

Tips
1. Dried black fungus is soaked and ready for use. Generally, soaking in hot water is faster. Add some dry flour when scrubbing to allow the flour to absorb impurities on the fungus.
2. Mango pieces are used for decoration, and the stir-frying time should not be too long.
