2. Wash and cut the hairtail into small sections. Add onion, ginger powder, garlic, Mix cooking wine, starch and egg white and marinate for more than 30 minutes.
3.Cut green onion, garlic, green pepper into cubes, and slice carrots.
4. Coat the hairtail fish with starch.
5.Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, put in the starch-coated hairtail and fry until both sides are golden brown.
