Tips
1: If you like to eat vermicelli, you can cut the vermicelli in half with scissors before pouring in water, put it into the pot, pour water, tofu and duck blood and boil together.
2: Stir-fry the duck blood tofu over low heat to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
3: If you like coriander, you can add some coriander or chives.
4: The amount of duck blood tofu and water can be increased or decreased according to your own needs.
