How to cook yuba
1.Soak the yuba in clean water in advance, using cold water in summer and warm water in winter. Remove and rinse, squeeze out excess water and cut into diagonal sections.
2.Cut the peppers into small pieces, peel the carrots and cut them into diagonal slices.
3.Cut the shallot into sections, chop the garlic into minced garlic, add corn starch to water to make water starch and set aside.
4. Pour oil into the pot and heat until 50% hot, add green onions and minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat fragrant.
5.Then add the yuba and stir-fry quickly over high heat for about a minute.
