How to make Tremella and Snow Pear Soup
1.Prepare materials.
2.Cut 1/4 of the white fungus and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes.
3.Cut into small florets and remove the stems.
4. Put the white fungus in a casserole and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
5.Cut the snow pear into balls, cut the remainder into small pieces, remove the cores from the red dates and wash them clean. Sydney pears are bigger, so I won’t put apples in them.
6. Add to the casserole and cook for 30 minutes.
7. After cooking, add a small amount of rock sugar. The white fungus has been cooked into gelatin, and the soup is thick and full of collagen.
