Ingredients: Clams (washed), sea bass (washed), shrimps (vessels removed and washed), bacon (washed, cut into slices and soaked in water 30 minutes), bamboo shoots (peeled and cleaned), ginger slices. -

Place the bamboo shoots on the chopping board and cut into hob pieces. -

Then, blanch the chopped bamboo shoots in a pot of water and take them out. -

Heat the oil in a pan, add the sea bass and fry on both sides. -
