Peel the white radish and cut into thin strips. Use a grater to cut it into finer pieces. -

Cut the tofu into strips, shred the ginger, and mince the coriander. -

Add a little water to the flour to make a fine dough and set aside. -

Heat oil in a wok, add shredded ginger and stir-fry. -

Add shredded radish and stir-fry until shredded radish becomes transparent. -

Add appropriate amount of boiling water, add dried shrimps and tofu and cook for a few minutes. -

Slowly pour in the pasta water, bring to a boil again, add salt to taste, and add minced coriander. -
