Prepare the ingredients. If there is no condensed milk, you can use the same amount of white sugar instead. -

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add the eggs and condensed milk (or sugar, you can leave it out if you really don’t like sweetness) and mix evenly. -
