Wash the sausage and slice it into pieces for later use. -

Chop the onion into small pieces and set aside. -

Wash and drain the rice and set aside. -

Put butter in a hot pan, wait until it melts, then add minced onions and stir-fry for one minute. -

Pour in the rice, turn to medium heat and continue to stir-fry evenly, about 2 minutes. -

Pour into an oven container, add salt, black pepper, and appropriate amount of boiling water, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. -
