Put the vermicelli and spinach into a pot, blanch them and set aside. -

Put minced garlic and green onion into a bowl. -

Add 1 spoonful of chili powder. If there are sesame seeds, add a spoonful. -

Pour in hot oil, 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly. -

Add the sauce to the spinach and vermicelli and mix well. It is simple and delicious.
Tips
If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave it out.
