Wash and cut the raisins into small florets and put them into a pot of boiling water. -

Boil water in a pot, add salt and a little oil and add cauliflower. -

Boil for 1 minute, remove and set aside. -

Wash the garlic and set aside. -

Use a knife to chop and set aside. -

Put the garlic on the raisins, add vinegar and pepper, mix well and start eating. -
