Cut beef into thumb-sized pieces, cut bell peppers and onions into pieces, wash mushrooms and set aside. Season the beef cubes with a little salt and black pepper, marinate them and set aside. (It takes about half an hour) -

Heat the oil pan, pour in the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry. When the surface changes color, add vodka and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. -
