Ingredients required: leftover rice, spicy cabbage, shrimp, spring onions, sterile eggs. -

Slightly chop the spicy cabbage. -

Cut the shrimps into small pieces (you don’t need to cut the shrimps if they are small, the shrimps I bought were too big). -

Chop green onions. -

Heat the oil, add the shrimps and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. -

Add spicy cabbage and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. -

Add remaining rice. -

Add a little beef powder. -

After frying, put it into a bowl and compact it into shape. -

Tips
1. It is best to use leftover rice for rice.
2. If you don’t need to lose weight, I personally suggest that it is more delicious to fry with fat beef.
3. You can add or leave fried eggs. If so, it’s best to use sterile eggs.
