Fresh wolfberry leaves -

Pick the leaves and clean them -

Slice the pork liver, rinse it several times with water, put it in a bowl and add a few drops of white vinegar and soak it in water for 20 minutes (this will effectively remove the fishy smell and make it refreshing) -

After soaking for 20 minutes, remove and rinse, slice the lean meat into slices, add shredded ginger, pepper, salt, oil, cornstarch, and rice wine to a bowl and mix well -

Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil, add oil, put in the wolfberry leaves, and add a few drops of rice wine (the wolfberry leaves will be green and not discolored) -

Boil the soup again and remove the lean pork liver without stirring -

Boil the soup for about 2 minutes, then add a little salt -
