Ingredients: (from top to bottom, left to right) cucumber strips, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, white wine, spicy millet, shredded ginger, garlic slices, peanut oil, sugar. -

Pour the salt into the cucumber strips, then put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, then take it out and squeeze out the water. The drier the better. -
