Clean the pork belly, cook it and cut it into strips (the cooking recipe of pork belly has been posted before). -

Remove seeds from thin-skinned green peppers, wash and cut into thick shreds, and slice ginger and garlic into slices. -

Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger, garlic and green pepper and stir-fry evenly. -

Add pork belly, season with salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. -
