2.Slice beef tenderloin into thin slices

4. Prepare onions, ginger and garlic
5. Marinate the beef with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, egg white and starch for fifteen minutes.
6. Heat the oil and fry the beef until medium-cooked.
