Cook and shuck the corn and set aside. -

Blanch the peas and set aside. -

Cut the ham into small cubes and set aside. -

Chop parsley and set aside. -

Let the cooked rice cool and set aside. -

Heat a little oil in a pan, add diced ham and stir-fry the minced ginger until fragrant. -

Add the blanched peas and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of rice wine and simmer for two minutes. -

Add corn kernels and stir-fry evenly. Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. -

Add rice, chopped parsley and stir-fry evenly for about a minute before serving. -
