1
Use the tip of a knife to cut off the tendons of the beef, and wipe away the blood with a kitchen towel. -
2
Massage it with your hands. To make it tender, use a pinch of baking soda to spread evenly. -
3
Sprinkle with black pepper and salt (sea salt used) and marinate. -
4
Slice potatoes and fry in oil pan. -
5
Add water, oyster sauce, and crushed black pepper, cover and simmer. When it's cooked, stir it into a puree in a pot and collect the soup. -
6
Finally, it forms a big lump of mashed potatoes. -
7
Heat the pan/steak pan. -
8
Put the beef into the pot while it is hot, turn to medium heat and fry one side until cooked through. -
9
It will take about a minute or so and you can turn it over. -
10
Turn over and throw in the garlic slices, put butter on top of the meat and let it melt. -
11
After the butter melts, use a spoon to pour the oil over the meat. -
12
You can feel the butter juice being absorbed by the meat. It will be fine if the flesh no longer bleeds. Using a cast iron pan, allow up to two minutes after flipping. -
13
Put the meat on an unknown or bamboo cutting board and let it rest for a while. -
14
Put the cherry tomatoes and blanched broccoli into the pot where the meat was just fried, stir-fry and season with salt. -
15
Use crushed black pepper, oyster sauce, and water to make a sauce, then add it to the pot until it becomes thick and becomes a black pepper sauce. -
16
When the temperature of the beef drops to a little higher than body temperature, it can be cut into large pieces. -
17
Place on a plate, pour sauce over steak and mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes, steak, cherry tomatoes, broccoli... looks very rich...
Tips
Just blanch the broccoli in boiling water. Cherry tomatoes fried in the steak pan taste so good.
