    Put the washed quinoa into a soup pot and add 200 ml of water or vegetable juice (the usual principle is that one serving of quinoa 2 parts water) and boil for about 15 minutes.

    While the quinoa is cooking, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent, then add the pine nuts , stir-fry for another minute and then add tomatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg and cumin, and a little salt to taste.

    Add the quinoa to the fried onion mixture, then add lemon juice and dill.

    Eat it hot. You can add other seasonings if you like. You can also put the prepared quinoa cups in the refrigerator as a camping delicacy.
