Put the washed quinoa into a soup pot and add 200 ml of water or vegetable juice (the usual principle is that one serving of quinoa 2 parts water) and boil for about 15 minutes. -

While the quinoa is cooking, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent, then add the pine nuts , stir-fry for another minute and then add tomatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg and cumin, and a little salt to taste. -

Add the quinoa to the fried onion mixture, then add lemon juice and dill. -

Eat it hot. You can add other seasonings if you like. You can also put the prepared quinoa cups in the refrigerator as a camping delicacy.
